Hi, I'm Annemarie—facilitator, strategist, and creative solutionist. I founded Boss Collaborative to help teams tackle big, messy, meaningful challenges with more clarity, creativity, and collaboration.
Over the past decade, I've worked with rocket scientists (literally), city leaders, educators, and innovators to design workshops that don't just look good on paper—they actually work.
I'm forever in search of the more beautiful question to help capture your most complex challenges. I collaborate with clients to co-design processes that unlock fresh thinking and creative potential. Whether we're using sticky notes or LEGO®, I'm here to help your team think better, together.
